
Admissions Policy & Process
Admission to WCS is primarily based on two criteria:
(1) One parent who is a Christian and is actively involved in the
church with which they are affiliated.
(2) The child's academic performance is at or above grade level,
and his/her behavior is acceptable.
Steps to Admission:
1. Complete the forms listed below and submit along with the application
fee of $150. All forms must be submitted before starting the application
process.

- Statement of Faith/Mission Statement/Family Commitment Agreement
Form
- Financial Policy and Agreement Form
- Medical Treatment Form
- Immunization Certificate #3231
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Standardized Test Scores
2. The Authorization for Release of Student Records Form must
be filled out from the school the student last attended and faxed
or mailed back to WCS.
3. Give the Pastor Questionnaire and Recommendation Form to your
current pastor. Have the pastor fax or mail directly to WCS.
4. School records must be sent to WCS directly from your child's
current school by fax or mail. Your child's current teacher(s)
must fill out the New Applicant Evaluation Form. Official records
for the last two years must be received. This must include report
cards for grades 1 - 8 or transcripts for grades 9 - 12, standardized
test scores, discipline record and any other educational records.
5. After all the above materials are received, the Director of
Admissions will set up testing for your child (if required) and
set up an interview time with the Headmaster to speak with both
parents (and child/children). At least one parent must give a
personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
At that time or shortly after, you will be accepted or denied
acceptance based on all information.
Upon Acceptance of the student:
All forms must be completed and signed, along with your registration
check before your child can register for the 2008/2009 school
year.
Without all forms completed, your child will not be eligible
for registration.
Registration is contingent upon interview and completion of all enrollment documents.
