Structure & Directors
School Organizational Structure:
Every family enrolled at WCS is a member of the organization known
as Westminster Christian School. WCS is a nonprofit organization under
the 501( c ) 3 code of the Internal Revenue Service and therefore
is subject to a annual audit from an external service.
The school is governed by a Board who creates policy and hires the
chief administrator, the Headmaster. The Board of Directors consists
of 15 members, with a 4/5 majority required to be members of Westminster Church. The Board also is required to have one session
member and one diaconate member as well.
The Headmaster is the chief administrator and responsible for overseeing
the daily operations of the school. The Headmaster reports directly
to the Board. The school as a full time Elementary Principal and an
administrator team of teachers also serving in administrative capacities.
The Elementary Principal reports to the Headmaster as does the administrative
team.
